Payment:
1. Government/Public school/Approved account are net 30-day term.
2. Major credit cards - VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express.
  (Shipping address must match billing address of your credit card.)
3. United States Postal Money order (same as cash) in the U.S. funds.
4. Wire transfer in advanced to Xxera Technologies and Systems, Inc. in US.
  (must have US correspondent Bank, same for order with L/C.)
5. No COD please - you can prepaid by item#3 to save your & our cost.
6. Overseas order (bind to Laws) must prepay by wire transfer only.
  (Warranty and Return are covered in "US" domestic only.)
Order Request that needs service (e.g. system configuration):
1. Fax/mail official written P.O. required for net 30-day open accounts.
2. Fax/mail official written P.O. required for special or volume orders.
  (Processor, Memory, or Special orders are non-refundable.)
3. Verbal orders are valid with confirmed sales order/invoice number.
  (We'll issue a sales order/invoice number when taking your order.)
4. E-mail, mail, fax, or P.O. is not valid until confirmed by our sales representative. We'll call/email you to re-confirm your order request for product availability, final cost (including S/H options & insurance), payment status, and the day we promise to ship.
5. All orders above are not valid unless a sales order/invoice number is issued.
  (This is the only way to protect both sides. Thank you for understanding.)
6. On-Line order via (e.g. components for end-users):
Warranty & Service charge:
1. 1 year "hardware" limited warranty on labor & parts.
  (depending on the product - check extended "manufacturer warranty".)
2. "Hardware" extended warranty are warranted by the manufacturer.
3. "Retail" box hardware/software are warranted by the manufacturer.
4. Monitors and printers and are warranted by the manufacturer.
5. 30 days "DOA" (Death-On-Arrival) policy with new replacement.
  (We cover "one-way" UPS Ground S/H for RMA in US only if any.)
6. Local on-site hardware/software service contract available on request.
  (Basic service charge starting US$45/hr; networks & servers extra.)
Return:
1. 30 days money back guaranteed with 15% restocking fee
  - invoice price vs. "current" price whichever is lower.
  (Processor, Memory, or Special orders are non-refundable.)
2. No refund for opened software & retail package (can not resale).
  ("Serious" users are welcome! Or, buy somewhere else please.)
3. No refund for labor, 3% bank surcharge, shipping & handling.
  (We're just trying to lower our overheads to lower your cost.)
4. No return after thirty (30) days from purchase date of invoice.
  (Don't forget shipping back & forth, around 2 weeks left.)
5. Returned merchandise must get an authorized RMA number.
  (By e-mail, fax or call us to get a confirmed RMA number.)
Qualification:
1. Microsoft "OEM" software sold with "hardware bundle" only.
2. Microsoft "OEM" hardware sold with "hardware bundle" only.
3. Dealers must submit Seller's Permit Number and legal signature.
4. Xxera is a system and service oriental company, we'll try our best
  to meet logistics and timing for your project. No price beat please.
  (We'll update "Current" Prices List even daily for your references.)
Other term:
1. All prices based on cash and FOB in California, USA.
  (CA resident must pay additional 8.25% sales tax.)
2. Outside CA customer please contact local government for sales/use tax.
  (No CA sales tax for out-of-state order w/shipping record.)
3. Dealers in CA must submit Seller's Permit Number and legal signature.
  (No CA sales tax for dealer - it's your responsibility.)
4. Government, school and dealer volume discount available on request.
  (limited items under volume discount - depending on product.)
5. Prices and availability subject to change without further notice.

6. US$25.00 for a returned check. 1.5% interest per month on all
  overdue invoice and all legal/collection fees.
